_COMPlusException when opening XLS file

Aspose.Cells throughs _COMPlusException when I try to open the attachet .xls file.
I then noticed that When I opened the content in MS-Excel and do a save and then open the content it opens without any exception.
what could be the problem?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 14115) have been fixed in this update.
