Hello Todd,
Our development team is working hard to get this issue resolved. I’ve also asked them to share the ETA for the resolution of this problem. Your patience in this regard is highly appreciated.

I was hoping to get that ETA if at all possible?

Hello Todd,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Sorry for replying you late.
After investigation we have found the cause of this problem, that our kit can not parse this type of documents contain Cross-reference Stream file constructor (these documents don't include tailer and Xref ). Now we are considering modifying our parser of support it, I think it would take at least month time to fix.
We apologize for your inconvenience.
Any ideas when I might be able to see an update on the issue above?
Thanks...Todd
