I’ve tested the issue and I am also unable to extract the Bookmarks from the Pdf file. We are looking into the details of this matter and soon you will be updated with the status of correction.

Sorry for replying you late.

After investigation we have found the cause of this problem, that our kit can not parse this type of documents contain Cross-reference Stream file constructor (these documents don't include tailer and Xref ). Now we are considering modifying our parser of support it, I think it would take at least month time to fix.

The issue PDFKITNET-7199 has been resolved. And the fix is included in the attached Beta version (3.3.1.6) of Aspose.Pdf.Kit. Please download and try it before our next release publishing.
