Amazon file not found errors are back

Hi Richard,

Aspose for Cloud is hosted on Amazon servers and we are using Amazon EC2. Amazon are facing connectivity issue in some regions and the issue in fact is at their end.

They had claimed the issue is fixed and that is why you were notified about that. We are in touch with Amazon support to get this issue fixed as soon as possible.

You will be updated as soon as it is fixed. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,

Hi Muhammad, thanks for the status update. If we can help please let me know.

Hi Richard,

Do you see any improvement now or are you still facing the same issues and situation has not improved at your end?

Best Regards,

Hi Richard,

These errors except SAASWORDS-220 should be fixed now. SAASWORDS-220 is related to pre Word97 format support which is not supported at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,
