It seems I have the exact same bug for the attached document:
- AsposeSmartArtBug.docx: original document
- AsposeSmartArtBugOutput.docx: Aspose.Words.Document.Save() output which is corrupted
It contains only a SmartArt which makes the Aspose output to be corrupted.
When I use “Reset Graphic”, it works properly so I guess it is related to some style customization in the SmartArt itself. I tried to reproduce the issue from scratch by updating color, size or font but was not able to find the exact thing which is causing the issue.
I’m using Aspose.Words 17.6.0 NuGet package.

While using the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. 17.6, we managed to reproduce this issue with your particular document on our end. We have logged this issue in our bug tracking system.
