Image bar in footer overlaps bottom of page content in output

The red bar image set in the footer on the attached excel file, when converted gives the red bar overlapping the last set of cells - instead of below the cells as it shows in Excel.

Please download and try the following latest version:

Aspose.Cells for .NET v17.4.5 (.NET 2.0) compiled in .NET Framework 2.0.
Aspose.Cells for .NET v17.4.5 (.NET 4.0) compiled in .NET Framework 4.0.

and let us know your feedback.
We have tested your issue with the latest version and found it is working good. I have attached the output PDF and the screenshot for your reference.
