32-bit and/or 64-bit version(s)

We have purchased Aspose.Words and I've searched through all the forums on this topic and could not find an answer on what is offered. We in particular are utilizing with the integration the mail merge functionality within Aspose.Words and including mail merge fields of both text and images.

Please tell me if the latest version 13.10.0 is 32-bit or 64-bit?

How can we receive 64-bit versions of your .dll's?

As you know, we are limited in memory to the 32-bit constraint when we have up to 12 GB of memory and still receiving the out of memory exceptions at the time of save. Unfortunately, there is no work around for us, so we need this to work, or we will need to find another solution from another competitor.

Please advise...

You can confidently use Aspose.Words for .NET to build any type of x86 or x64 (32-bit or 64-bit) .NET application including ASP.NET, Web Services and WinForms.

A single MSI
installer is provided that caters both for 32-bit and 64-bit
environments. Please download the latest version of Aspose.Words for
.NET from here:

It would be great if you please share following detail for investigation purposes.

  • Please attach your input Word document.
  • Please

create a standalone/runnable simple application (for example a Console
    Application Project
) that demonstrates the code you used to generate
    your output document

  • Please
attach your target Word document showing the desired behavior. You can
use Microsoft Word to create your target Word document. I will
investigate as to how you are expecting your final document be generated
    like.
  • OS (Windows Version or Linux Version)
  • Architecture (32 / 64 bit)
  • .NET Framework version

Unfortunately,
it is difficult to say what the problem is without the Document(s) and
simplified application. We need your Document(s) and simple project to
reproduce the problem. As soon as you get these pieces of information to
us we’ll start our investigation into your issue.
