I am afraid currently Aspose.Pdf for .NET does not support the feature to add Grouped CheckBoxes. However for the sake of implementation, I have logged this requirement as PDFNEWNET-38173 in our issue tracking system. We will further

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNEWNET-38173) have been fixed in Aspose.Pdf for .NET 11.2.0.
