500 error

I am getting 500 internal server error from Word conversion.

  • If you are getting this exception for all documents or some specific documents?
  • Did you see it for a specific period of time or still getting the same exception?

If the problem is still there, please share your App SID and Key and follow the instruction from http://www.aspose.com/corporate/purchase/faqs/send-license-to-aspose-staff.aspx to share the keys.
