Thumbnail not correct when slide contains Chart Objects

Hello,

We have encountered a problem (a bug perhaps?) when generating thumbnails of slides containing Chart Objects.

Please see the attached PPT file and the generated JPG thumbnail image.

I had the problem in version 2.9.2.0 and just upgraded to version 3.0.0.41081 and the error is the same.

Is this a problem you can reproduce, and do you have a fix for it?

Do you have any other similar presentations to test?

That is strange enough but shape properties are correct and there should be white solid background by ppt specification.

This attached presentation contains serveal slides with graph objects, which displays like this when the thumbnail is generated. The first slide causing trouble is slide 10.

What do you mean by “there should be white solid background by ppt specification”? The thumbnais of the slides containing these graph objects are clearly different than the slides in PowerPoint.

Hello Denis,

Please check attached new version of Aspose.Slides. The problem with transparent background of charts (and other OLE objects) has been fixed.
