A few documents were failed to get converted to PDF and HTML

We were unable to convert the word documents to PDF through your service. We tried to do a random check on the Aspose word to PDF online converter but it got failed resulting in an error - “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”

Attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference. Attached the files in a zip folder for your review. Let us know once the issue is resolved. Thanks

@alexey.noskov
I have a monthly subscription with Aspose where we consume Aspose word to PDF service and the monthly bill ranges between 700 $ - 1000 $ on average. Do we still need to register for the Paid support here?

@sagar.barawade It is not mandatory. Paid support services allows to push the issue upper in the queue. All issue created in this thread have the same root cause. The draft of the fix is already implemented and code is in the review stage. So most likely, the fix will be published in the next 25.2 or 25.3 version of Aspose.Words. We will be sure to let you know once the version with the fix is available.
