Thanks for your inquiry. Perhaps, you are using an older version of Aspose.Words Express. I would suggest you please download the latest version of Aspose.Words Express 1.1.0 from here:
http://www.aspose.com/community/files/69/free-utilities/aspose.words-express/entry291450.aspx

If you still face problem, please attach your input Word document here for testing? I will investigate the issue on my side and provide you more information.
