acceptAllRevisions causing footer to dissapear

Hi,

I am writing a program which carries out find and replace on template documents held within a database. I was having an issue where red lines were appearing on the side of the page which i later learnt was due to Track Changes being switched on within the document.

I got past this issue by using acceptAllRevisions after creating the loading the document which successfully prevented the red lines, but now my footer dissapears when sending it to be printed.

What is causing this issue?

Thanks.

Ross.

Hi Ross,

Thanks for your inquiry. Do you see the same problem when saving document to Pdf? Please try calling Document.UpdatePageLayout method before sending document to printer. I hope, this helps. In case the problem still remains, please attach your input Word document and source code here for testing. We will investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.
