Access is denied Aspose.PowerPoint

Access is denied: ‘Aspose.PowerPoint’.

Please help I get this error message when I run this in production - all permision sets have bee set correctly - I also looked through and red all the other permision dienied posts and tried various things to try and resolve them.

I did not try this as it seems like a shame that this would be the case. The interesting part is that i only get this error when I deploy if I then do an IISReset the error goes away and doesnt come back until I try and deploy again.
