I wanted to add a border line around the Textstamp as I have attached like (1, 3 , 4).

Can anyone suggest me how to achieve the same.

We are afraid that TextStamp works differently than Annotation in Aspose.PDF and border cannot be added to it at the moment. However, a feature request as PDFNET-36565 has already been logged in our issue tracking system to implement this functionality.
