Add TOC to existing PDFs

Hello,

I'm evaluating Aspose.pdf for .NET and was wondering, is there a way to add a Table of Contents (hyperlinks within the same document I believe) to existing PDF documents? Or is that only supported at the time the PDF is created?

This feature is only avilable while creating new pdf usinf Aspose.Pdf.
