AddClone causes "Cannot find a matching quote character for the character '''. for random slides

Hi there

I get the below error when I try to AddClone selected slides.

The challenge is that the error only takes place on random slides at random times of day.

I don’t seem to get the issue on my local machine, but it happens in production (running on AWS EC2 instance with Windows Server 2019)

It seems to be related to an incorrect DateTime format in the “PresentationHeaderFooterManager” - since i dont care about the time indicated on the slides, is it possible to set it to a safe value before cloning it?

I request you to please try using latest Aspose.Slides 20.10 on your end. In case there is still an issue then please share the working sample code along with source file reproducing the issue.
