What are all of the supported fonts and supported languages for aspose.PDF and aspose.Word?
Regarding Aspose.PDF, it supports all fonts. Please note that there is no known issue in the API in terms of using different fonts. However, we recommend installing all MS TrueType Fonts in the system while using the API. Concerning the languages, you can add characters in any language as long as the font is installed in the system which supports these characters.

Aspose.Words can also process Word documents containing any number of fonts, which are not necessarily limited to the fonts that are installed in the operating system. The fonts can be completely different, such as fonts taken from other operating systems, purchased, or created by users themselves. Please refer to the following section of documentation:
Secondly, text in different international languages (such as Western, East European, East Asian, Right to Left Languages etc.) is fully supported and can be rendered to formats such as PDF and image with high fidelity as long as the font (i.e. used to format the text with) is available on the machine.
