We have been receiving the following error since approximately noon EST on Saturday when we make REST calls into Aspose.Words executeTemplate:

There was a period of a couple of hours this morning where things were better, but then it started happening again. This is starting to impact our business and will become critical if it isn’t online by Monday morning EST.
This issue has been communicated to our product team and we’ll update you as soon as it is fixed.
