Can I apply animations such as shake on a annotation rectangle? Can I treat it like a regular Android view?

Thanks for your inquiry. I am afraid the requested feature is not supported in the Aspose.Pdf. Moreover, please note Aspose is API vendor its APIs are class libraries that can be embedded into the applications to enable file formatting features in the applications. It doesn’t provide any viewer/GUI.
However, you may consider our sister concern company, GroupDocs, for the purpose.
