Animation delay problem

Hi,

When I load and save the attached file, animation delay get lost.

Here’s the code:

Presentation presentation = new Presentation("Test.pptx");

presentation.save("Test-save.pptx", SaveFormat.Pptx);

Can you check this?

I have worked with the presentation file shared by you and have been able to observe the issue specified. An issue with ID SLIDESNET-39163 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be automatically notified once the issue will be fixed.

Is there any way that we can get hotfix for this issue? It is currently blocking our production.

I like to share that you can consider opting paid priority/enterprise support that provides the options for hotfix versions in case issue get resolve earlier than scheduled product release. But still it all depends on how quick the issue gets resolved. When you avail option of paid support services, the issue resolution is expedited (resolution still depends on how critical the issue is). I hope the shared information will be helpful.
