This issue is with cell E183 on sheet Calculations; it calculated differently in Excel vs Aspose. Interesting that removing what should be irrelevant parts of the sheet makes the problem go away.

After an initial test, I am able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned using your sample code with your template file. I have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSJAVA-42380” for your issue. We will look into it soon.
