I have used Aspose for while and i tested that it does not provide full HTML and CSS. Do you have any Tools of yours which works in conjunction with Aspose PDF and supports full HTML alongwith CSS.

HTML to PDF conversion feature is in development phase and I am afraid its not that mature to create a PDF file as identical as the source HTML. Nevertheless we are trying our level best to make this feature stable and robust. Can you please share some details regarding the issues that you are facing.
Besides using Aspose.Pdf for .NET to render HTML file into PDF format, you may also try using Aspose.Words for .NET to render the HTML file into PDF format. For more information, I have requested my fellow worker from respective team to share some details. We apologize for your inconvenience.

But unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the PDF will be 100% identical to what you see in browser. You should note that Aspose.Words was originally designed to work with MS Word documents. That is why upon processing HTML some features of HTML might be lost.
