Apose.Cells installer fails on my Vista Ultimate PC

Aspose.Pdf and Aspose.Words installed on my PC without any problem.

Aspose.Cells complained straight away that .Net Framework 1.1 is required, so I installed that from the MS website (NB, 1.1 doesn't appear to be an option in Windows Update any more - a download is required). Once this was done, Aspose.Cells installer then runs, but almost at the point of completion, it reverses the install and fails. There is a warning about Data Execution Prevention, "a security feature that can help prevent damage to your computer".

I turned off DEP for Aspose.Cells.msi but that doesn't make any difference.

Thanks for pointing it out.

We will soon provide a fix (Aspose.Cells.msi) which will run fine on Windows Vista for installation.

The installer only registers the demos (creating the virtual folder for web demos on the system), help file and copy the component (Aspose.Cells.dll).

I attach the latest DLL version (4.4.1.9) of Aspose.Cells component here, so you may Add Reference to your project in VS.NET and use it.
