Append Document

How can I append a document like the one attached?

I need to append it like the example attached on the first post (with an icon, not expanded).

Thanks for your request. Unfortunately there is no way to insert embedded OLE objects in to the Word document using Aspose.Words. You can only extract OLE objects from the document.
