Append Documents with Section Continuous always go to New Page

Hi, I am using Words 15.3.0.0.

I am unable to append 2 Documents together with Section Continuous.

The 2nd Document content always go to New Page which is not the expected result that i want.

Attached Documents:

1. Header & Footer.docx => 1st Document which is the base document

2. Content.docx => 2nd Document which need to append the content into 1st Document

3. Appended Result.docx => The appended result

4. C# Aspose Coding.png => The coding

Hi Immi,

Thanks for your inquiry. This does not seem to be an issue with Aspose.Words. MS Word 2013 causes the same problem when doing the same steps i.e. open a new document, copy all content of ‘Header+%26+Footer.docx’ to it, insert a continuous section break, copy all content of ‘Content.docx’ to it and finally save it (please see attached MS Word 2013 generated DOCX file). So, this is the expected behavior. If we can help you with anything else, please feel free to ask.
