is there any way to apply a theme or color schema to a slide? how can I pick the correct color schema for the desired slide?

I have a ppt file not pptx which has Color scheme, so if want to extract the slide as png it totally different but when calling

slide.ThemeManager.ApplyColorScheme(slide.Presentation.MasterTheme.ExtraColorSchemes[0]); it looks great. but I donno how to make sure the the scheme for this slide is always at index 0. is there any way to tell which color scheme should be applied to this slide
