In Excel you can set a comment by righ clicking border Format -> Color and Lines -> Fill Color then click Fill Effects... then click Picture. You can now browse to a picture and insert it. Now when the mouse is over the comment indicator in the cell the image pops up.
My question is this. Is there a way to do that using Aspose.Cells?
