I use Aspose.Cells to convert Excel files to HTML.
While testing the quality of the conversion, I found that the generated HTML is not correct for this Excel file:

How should I fix such cases?
I downloaded your file “T1-jwj-39-2-167.xls” from the link (you pasted) but it is HTML file (Web page) and not Excel file. Could you please provide input and output files (please zip it prior attaching here). We will check your issue soon.
