We have an issue with the Aspose.Cells.Gridweb.dll which we have it in our application code. The issue is that it only renders the excel data if any user is logged into the hosted windows server. If the users logs out of the server aspose do not render the excel data from the file.
The method we have used is :
GridWeb1.WebWorksheets.ImportExcelFile(filePath);
Please help it is urgent.

Please use the latest version: Aspose.Cells for GridWeb v16.11.0 and see if it makes any difference in resolving this issue.
