We have upgraded our Aspose.cells component to v4.4. (we also tried v4.3).
We are receiving an error when trying to load a file that's created with Aspose.cells. The error we recieve is "Index and count must refer to a location within the buffer. Parameter name: bytes".
After you open the file in Excel and Save it, it will load into our application without the above error.
The attached file is an example of an Excel file created by Aspose that Aspose cannot read back in.

for .NET v7.3.3.2. It works fine with your file as we have tested it at our end.
We have also done quite a number of major enhancements and bug fixes since then. Please download and try the latest offline demos. These demos can work with Visual Studio 2005, 2008 or 2010. Please read the readme.txt file before running the demos.
