Aspose.Diagram 6.1.0 => problems with valid Aspose.Total license

Hi Aspose team,

I installed Aspose.Diagram 6.1.0 and now during compile I have problem when license is checked.
In my case license is embedded with the project.

My code:

Dim licenseDiagram As Aspose.Diagram.License = New Aspose.Diagram.License()
licenseDiagram.SetLicense("license.file")

Exception is:

A first chance exception of type 'System.TypeInitializationException' occurred in Aspose.Diagram.dll

Additional information: The type initializer for '.' threw an exception.
