Dears, I would like to know if is there any paid version of your Flowchart application?

My collegue created an account on your site and then she spent two days working on a diagram that disapeared…
Is there any hope you could revive her file, please?
If is necessary to set up a paid account, our company will gladly pay for it, please send us a link.
