Hi,
when i fetch the attached mail i receive an empty MailMessage, none of the properties are set.
What is stranger is that after trying to read that mail, all the subsequent go in error like if the component crashed.
I attached the faulty mail.

I have observed the information shared by you and request you to please first try using latest Aspose.Email for .NET 19.4 on your end. If there is still an issue then please share the working sample code reproducing the issue on your end.

it works with new version!
Since the component was bought directly by our customer last year what should i tell him? To renew an order or to buy a fresh new copy?

I just realized i can download a working version that is into one year of our purchase so the license continue to work.
The latest version (19.1) solves the issue.
