The shared issue is still under investigation and resolution and we request for your patience. You can try the latest version as this would be the one, on the basis of which issues are fixed. If things work for you by using any previous version, you can use that for now and also share with us too so that we can better understand and narrow down the situation.

Can you please try using latest Aspose.Email for .NET 20.3 and share if the issue is still reproducible on your end.
