Please take a look on my investigation regarding HTML renderer.
I attached rdl file, just open this file and export to Doc\DocX via Aspose.Words.
Small overview:
I use Aspose.Words for Reporting Services 4.3.0. and AWConfiguration for HTML tags.
On the my RDL i have 8 texboxes with different properties which contain HTML tags. For first four I use “EnableHTMLFormatting” and for next four- EnableHTMLFormatting + placeholder property “HTML -Interprent HTML tags as styles”.
Problems that I faced:
1. First two TextBoxes (with BR tag). Everything looks good except font size. On the RDL I have 25pt but in the word document - 12pt.
2. Third TextBox. Font size - good but charas less than (<) and greater than (>) are not displayed.
3. Fourth TextBox. Font Size. I specified 25pt on the rdl.
4. Fifth TextBox (with Markup type as HTML and BR tag). Everything looks good. This is what I expect to see.
5. Sixth TextBox. Font size issue.
6. Seventh TextBox. Text is not displayed!!! Empty paragraph…
7. The last one. Font size issue.
All this is very strange and incomprehensible. Please help me understand this.
I can reproduce it for DOC and DOCX renderer.

Thanks for your inquiry.
I have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issues at my side. For the sake of correction, I have logged these problems in our issue tracking system as follow:
WORDSRPT-183 : EnableHTMLFormatting does not work for font size
WORDSRPT-184 : TextBox text does not render after conversion from RDL to Doc/Docx

You released new version of Aspose for Rs (4.4.0). Congratulation!
In release notes i see that you have fixed these issues (WORDSRPT-183, WORDSRPT-184).
After my testing, I noticed that not everything works as expected!
My results:

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSRPT-184) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for Reporting Services release.

Regarding font size issue, there are two empty paragraphs with correct font size at the end of document. The text boxes do not export in output document. For the sake of correction, I have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as WORDSRPT-203.
