Aspose For Total Java and Dot Net v1.0.0.14 would be comaptible on CAP 6.5 aks Xenapp 6.5

Aspose for .NET and Java APIs are class libraries and can be used in your .NET and Java applications to create, convert, update or read MS Office, Open Office, PDF and several other formats.

You cannot directly run Aspose APIs however you can use them through code in your .NET and Java applications. You can run your applications on any platform which supports .NET and Java applications. There should be no issue in using Aspose APIs in you applications.
