Does it include paid support?

This issue is really affecting us a lot.
What can we do to speed up the processing of this case?

We have found one more file that cannot be opened by Aspose.Note but can be opened by OneNote native application.

We reproduced the issue after an initial test as you mentioned by loading your OneNote document into object model of Aspose.Note for .NET. We found an exception “System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: ‘The given key was not present in the dictionary.’”

Regarding the issue (logged as “NOTENET-5762”), could you please share details on how did you obtain or create the sample “broken.one” and which version of Microsoft OneNote you were using? This information will help us to investigate the issue precisely to consequently figure it out soon.

After investigating your issue in details, we have determined that the document was originally created in the cloud version of MS OneNote, which differs significantly from MS OneNote 2010/2016 files. When attempting to save the document in the local format, MS OneNote generates an error.

Anyways, we have scheduled an investigation to address this issue, but please note that it may take some time to resolve it. We will keep you updated on any progress.
