Aspose.PDF - convert tag or content Element to an artifact

Hi,
We try to eliminate “empty” paragraph tags (

) from the “content” layer and convert them to an artifact element.
we didn’t find any relevant guidelines in the documentation - does this feature is supported? and if so can you please guide me to the relevant section on the product documentation?
