Does Aspose.PDF for SharePoint 2010 work with 2019? and if not are there plans to create a version for 2019?

Yes, the ticket has been logged to investigate the feasibility and we will investigate it on first come first serve basis. We are afraid that we cannot share any reliable timeline yet.
