Aspose.pdf integration with SSRS 2012 in SharePoint integrated mode

Hi,


I am trying to integrate Aspose.pdf rendering extension for SSRS 2012 in SharePoint inegrated mode. Version of SharePoint is 2013. The dlls are available for SSRS2008 and not for higher versions. If msi is run, the preview functionality fails in Visual studio with the message “could not load file or assembly microsoft reportingservices processingcore”. There is no clear documentation as how to configure it for SharePoint. Can you please help me in this regard?

Aspose.Pdf.ReportingServices.dll under SSRS2008 folder are compatible with SQL2012 and as per your requirements to integrate with SharePoint, please try following the instructions specified over SQL Reporting Services Integration with MS SharePoint

In case the MSI installer is still failing, you may consider following the instructions specified over Install Manually.

We have tried but unable to setup as SQL Server Reporting Services is enabled as service application in SharePoint 2013. With this mode, there is no external report server hence can’t place the file in bin folder. Checked below path on the SharePoint server but this one also doesn’t contain any dll:

Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\TEMPLATE\SQL\ReportServer

Can you please share any reference document/link explaining aspose.pdf integration with SSRS 2012 using sharepoint 2013 SSRS service application ?
