aspose.pdf to HTML is creating HTML with all DIV’s, we are looking for HTML with correct structure

We have already logged a feature request as PDFJAVA-40628 for supporting HTML mark up instead of DIV. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.

we need it in c# and if possible suggest solution where PDF bytes can be read in same order

Aspose.PDF for Java is auto ported version of Aspose.PDF for .NET. Once supported, the feature will be available in both versions. We will let you know once it will be available. About your second question, I request you to follow up in relevant topic.
