As per your understanding, Aspose.Pdf for .NET is a .NET based library which supports the feature to programatically generate new PDF files, as well as it offers the feature to manipulate/edit existing PDF files. I am afraid it does not support the feature to view PDF files. However, our sister company GroupDocs.com offers a viewer app which you may consider including in your application to view the PDF files.
