Slides API is converting Mandarin and Korean characters correctly on local with the unlicensed watermark version but it is not converting the Mandarin and Korean language characters in QA and PROD.
Any help would be useful.

This does not seems to be API issue. Please ensure that fonts used in your source presentation are also available on your target machine as well.
Can you clarify what that means? The problem seems to be that the conversion is happening on the server as well, but only partially. So some characters are not being converted. Application is hosted on a AWS instance.
You need to ensure that the fonts that you are using in your presentation are available on your machine where you are performing rendering.
