Aspose watermark issue

We are facing Asopse License issue while deploying code into our server. Even though we are using License file, documents are getting generated with Aspose watermark. Please advice.

Can you please share which API you are using on your end along with used sample code, source file and output. If you are getting the watermark then it means that your license file is probably not accessible or available.

We are not using any API. We are using word and excel dll from Aspose Total.
We were able to generate Docs without watermark before. After pushing changes to the code we are facing this issue. Even these code changes are not related to Aspose.

Can you please explain which type of application you are using and where it is deployed. In case of multi-threaded application, please consider applying license on thread level too. Other suggestion is to surround the code of loading the code in a try/catch block and print the exception message in your log. After deploying the application in environment where license is failing, please check the log and share details with us as well.

We are using multithreaded web application and not getting any exception. we are loading license file in global.asax file and this code is getting executed.

Can you please ensure following guidelines on your end. It’s evident that your application is not able to access the license.

Our application ASP.NET and we are doing same way as mentioned in above link. we configured license file in gloabal.asax file only

It is quite hard to determine the actual cause of the issue without replicating it in our environment. Can you please share a sample application with minimal code so that we can try to reproduce a similar issue on our end and address it accordingly?

We cannot share code. Will you be able to help through screen sharing session over a call.

We are afraid that we cannot provide support over call according to free forum support policies. You can please try to create a simple console or web application which replicates the same code routine in which you are facing the issue and then share it with us. We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.
