will work with windows 8.1 and Office 2013. Will it create Word 2013 files? Thanks.

Thanks for you inquiry. The Aspose.Words v9.2.0 is very older version and this version does not fulfill your requirements. I suggest you please use Aspose.Words for .NET 14.7.0.
