Aspose Word - Dynamic Table inside IF conditional Field does not work

Dear Aspose support,


We are using Aspose Total with Aspose Words for Java (15.7.0 jdk1.6) and we are facing exactly the same problem as described here: c# - MailMerge if-statement with dynamic table inside - Stack Overflow

I have attached a screen of the template area (DynamicTable_in_IF.png). All the mergefields are filled with the data, but not the dynamic table (result.png).

We use the document.getMailMerge().executeWithRegions API. It seems that Aspose does not recognize the dynamic table in such a case. Is there a workaround?

  • Aspose.Words generated output DOCX file showing the undesired behavior
  • Please attach your expected document here for our reference. We will investigate the structure of your expected document as to how you want your final output be generated like. You can create expected document by using Microsoft Word.
  • Please create a standalone Java application (source code without compilation errors) that helps us reproduce your specific problem on our end and attach it here for testing.
