Aspose.Words callout loses left border converting to PDF

Hi,

We are having a problem with converting Word documents to PDFs, where the left border of callouts do not appear in the PDF. See attached Word and PDF documents; in the PDF, the missing callouts start on page 6. (I trimmed this as much as possible.) Is this a known bug?

Aspose.Pdf version is 8.5.0.0.
Aspose.Words version is 13.9.0.0.

Thanks for your inquiry.

I am afraid, I was unable to reproduce this issue on my side. Please see the attached output PDF document that is produced on my side with Aspose.Words 13.9.0 using the code mentioned here. Moreover, the PDF document you attached was actually created using Aspose.Pdf for .NET 8.4.0. Please do the following steps to check it:

  1. Open your PDF document with Adobe Acrobat
  2. Click on the ‘File’ menu and choose ‘Properties’ to open ‘Document Properties’ dialogue box.
  3. In the ‘Decsription’ tab, under ‘Advanced’ section, you’ll see ‘Pdf Producer’ name.
