I currently have version 18.8.0.0 of ASPOSE WORDS FOR NET when installing version 20 it sends me the following error: The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded, Can I go from version 18.8.0.0 to version 20 or do I have to go to a previous one?

If I go back to the previous version of the license, will this error disappear? to be the case, as I cancel the current version and return to the previous version.
