Aspose.Words visual fidelity to Word's rendering engine

How high a degree of fidelity does Aspose.Words provide compared with what a user would see if they were to print the same document within Microsoft Word. Does it simulate Word’s rendering so well as to guarantee identical pagination, for example? What are the areas where Aspose.Words will not produce 100% visual fidelity compared with PDFs generated directly within Word?
