We're using aspose.word OEM version (see invoice 051215101422 below). We've discovered a bug in combination with word 2007. Even if the files are saved in 2003 format aspose.word returns an error.
Can you supply me with a bug fix?

I have posted your email question into the forum so our tech team can answer you. I don't believe Aspose.Words can support Word 2007 yet. They will find out why it isn't working with the 2003 format.

If there is a bug fix, you would need to renew in order to receive it. Your subscription expired for that order. Your renewal cost would be $1079. If I can do anything else to help, please let me know.
